    I know the feeling… Ran a 5 K last year for the second (and probably the last) time!

    Brava – you did it! The thing is – just entering is the victory, and finishing. It doesn't matter how long it takes, what's important is to enter and finish, in running as in just about everything. And that's my message to you for today.
